1. Personal Training Sessions
Individual Session: One hour of combined cardio and strength training. After your initial assessment, each session will be tailored to you abilities. Each training session will be unique, never boring and will set you up for your next session. We'll have fun, but your muscles will know they've been challenged.


Let's all get Rewarded!  While I've been training for a few years, this is my first COMMERCIAL venture into personal training, so let's all benefit.  Let's have some unique rates here that will help us all! 
Personal Training for:
1 Person:  $25
2 People:  $15 each
3 People:  $10 each
4 People:  $10 each
*For Personal Training Sessions, I don't like to have more than 4 students. Beyond that, I can not provide each student with amount of direct interaction that a small group can enjoy.

2. Group Training
Do you have a large group of friends who are looking to get together and get in shape? Groups are a good environment to train with because you can motivate and push each other. Whether it's coworkers, friends or relatives, putting together a group to train with can be what it takes to keep each person coming back each session and not fall off the workout wagon. Group Training will consist of 5-10 people. The group as a whole will be assessed and unique sessions will be structured accordingly, emphasizing cardio and strength. Be ready to have fun, but don't call me tomorrow when your new muscles begin to complain a bit. It's only their way of telling you they can't wait to get pumped again! After you find your group, contact me to set up the training dates that work best for your group.
Group Training: $15 each (minimum of 5 students, maximum of 15)

3. RUNNING
Are you new to running, or are you looking to step up your training or racing? As a long time runner, I can help you start a program. If you are looking to increase milage or speed, I will give you the proper training guidelines to reach your goal. We can design a daily, weekly and monthly schedule to get you on the road, run your first 5K, or qualify for the Boston Marathon. With years of trial and error, study and experience, I can offer you advise and information on proper shoes, clothing, nutrition, and the inside information that it takes to get you to your goal.
Monthly Training Plans: $60
Includes phone interaction and emailed plans.
Once a week run with instructor: $10 per week extra
